We spent Memorial Day in Prague this year. It was kind of a last minute trip but we had a great time. I absolutely LOVE living in Europe! Prague is such a neat city. Chris booked the room for us and he found such a neat hotel (Hotel U Medvidku). It is a brewery, too! Our room was a lot of fun with a loft bed that Braydon loved! The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to everything.

After Disneyland we met up with my parents again and spent a night in Paris. On our way into town we stopped at Notre Dame before heading to our hotel. We spent a relaxing evening wandering around town, having a nice dinner and then going to the Eiffel Tower. My parents had never gone up the Eiffel Tower before. Paris is the city of lights…what better way to see that then from the Eiffel Tower?!

After Paris we all headed to Mont St Michele. This was so awesome! It was just so amazing driving up to it…so beautiful! I was a little worried that Braydon wouldn’t be able to handle all the walking and stairs but he had a blast. It’s amazing how much energy a 3 year old has!!!!

The first week of May we took Braydon to Disneyland Paris! He was so excited to meet all the characters…especially Mickey! We spent 4 days at the park and my parents we’re in Paris the same week so they joined us 1 of those days. One of Braydon’s favorite rides was the Pirates of the Caribbean. His Grandma even bought him a pirate sword!!
We had breakfast and lunch with the characters our first day.

Braydon is now in love with Snow White, this was also one of his favorite rides.

I love this picture of B!

Our last night there we took Braydon to the Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show. It was a dinner show at an arena with live animals. They even had long horns and buffalo! It was a little funny watching cowboys and Indians in France but we still had fun. I had to laugh a little bit when the woman sitting next to Chris asked him what cornbread was! We had front row seats for the show and Braydon loved every second of it!

Last weekend we took Braydon to Europa Park, an amusement park, here in Germany. It was really nice because there were plenty of rides geared toward small children. He played really hard all day and then at the end of the day he finally passed out in his stroller. When we finally got back to the car I went to transfer him from the stroller to his car seat and before he even opened his eyes he told me he wasn’t done riding rides yet. It was too cute! He was exhausted but was determined to stay and play more. Fortunately, we are taking him to Disneyland Paris next month so I didn’t feel too bad telling him he was done for the day!

This Easter we took Braydon to the Easter Egg Hunt at one of the US bases here in Stuttgart. He was so excited and all ready to go with his Easter basket! It was broken up between age groups and Braydon’s group was huge. He only managed to get 2 eggs and was kind of disappointed afterward. We ran into 2 of his teachers from daycare that were helping and they threw some candy in his basket…it’s a amazing how candy can make a kid SO happy! We also saw the Easter Bunny that day too but Braydon was a little standoffish with him, to Braydon’s defense it was a creepy bunny.

On Sunday, after Braydon found his Easter Basket with a TON of chocolate in it, we had a nice Easter Brunch with a couple other families from Chris’ work. Braydon had a nice time with the other kids and managed to get even more chocolate. There was a great playground next door to the restaurant too which helped burn off some energy from all that chocolate!

My little man turns 3 on February 11th this year!!! I can’t believe how fast time goes by and how much he’s grown in 3 years. He’s such a big boy these days! Here’s some pictures from his Superman/Batman birthday party we had this weekend. He had 9 of his friends come help celebrate at the bowling alley!!

…was so much fun! Braydon had a blast and got entirely too many presents. I love Christmas especially when you get to spend the whole day playing with all your new stuff and spending time with your family!

Daddy got a fabulous new waffle maker and made us waffles that morning…they were awesome!

Last weekend we took Braydon to the Natural History Museum to see the dinosaurs. He is obsessed with dinosaurs right now! It was all of 5 degrees outside that day and not many people were out and about so the museum was pretty quiet. Braydon absolutely loved it! His favorite was the T-Rex.
